This is my third year participating in Bendigo Open Studios. I have continued to work as a figurative painter and will have many new paintings on display.

Alongside this, I am excited to also share new methods and work produced as a result of recent studies in the art of patina. I have become absorbed in the process of integrating the old world mediums I love from traditional fresco painting (on lime plaster) to new possibilities in low relief decorative wooden panels and other items finished with my own handmade Casein (milk) paint.

As an artist who has explored many different mediums I currently am enjoying a renewed focus on surface, colour and texture. Step back in time and see these processes in action.
