Hello, I am Laura Hardie. I am a local artist in the Eaglehawk area, originally from regional NSW. 

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Diploma of Visual Arts from RMIT University. With over 16 years of exhibiting experience, I've had the opportunity to explore a wide range of artistic mediums. My recent pursuits have included advanced studies in painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and gold & silver smithing. 

I am drawn to crafting compositions that play with form and light, often constructing imagery to captivate the viewer's attention and invite a deeper engagement.

I’m currently running weekly art classes for 8- 12 year olds in the historic MUIOOF Hall in Eaglehawk to which I aim to provide a supportive space for children to explore their creativity.
